- 1,5km: (400m n.p.m.) turn right onto the Voie Verte des Gaves bicycle path;
- 12km: (419m n.p.m.) after the Aldi store, turn right off the bike path and after 100m turn left onto D921b;
- 12,7km: (425m n.p.m.) exit the roundabout onto D101 (direction: Col d'Aubisque); then follow the "Centre Ville" sign to reach the center of Argelès-Gazost for a coffee;
- 13,8km: (m n.p.m.) drive through Place du Foirail and Place de la Victoire to reach Place de la Republique and stop for coffee; there is also a drinking water intake and public restroom;
- 14km: (469m n.p.m.) turn left onto D918; the climb begins;
- 16,9km: Arras en Lavedan (685m n.p.m.) it's worth stopping for delicious pastries at Boulangerie pâtisserie Maison Lagrue on the main road on the left side;
- 22,8km: Aucum (863m n.p.m.) - on the right, before Rue de Haubour, there is a drinking water intake and on the left at Chemin des Terrieres street, there is a public restroom;
- 23km: Aucun (864m n.p.m.) turn right onto D928 - this is where the climb really starts;
- 29,5km: Col de Couraduque (1367m n.p.m.) - the first target reached - there is a food point at the pass;

- 36km: go back down the same road to Aucun (864m n.p.m.) and turn right onto D918;
- 38,6km: Arrens-Marsous (887m n.p.m.) - there are food points and a drinking water intake follow D918 towards Col du Soulor;
- 46km: Col du Soulor (1474m n.p.m.) - the main target achieved; you can stop for coffee or lunch at Les Marmottes restaurant or Snack Bar "Du Saulor";

We are going down D126 road towards Ferrières;
- 54,7km: Arbéost (781m n.p.m.) we pass the church and shortly after on the right side, there is a drinking water supply;
- 57,9km: Ferrières (563m n.p.m.) on the left side, there is a drinking water supply and 50m further a public toilet;
- 59,4km: (540m n.p.m.) we turn right, slightly uphill (direction: D602 Col de Spandelles); the last climb begins;
- 69,7km: Col de Spandelles (1378m n.p.m.) - the third goal achieved;

- 82,5km: Gez (625m n.p.m.) we turn right according to the signpost: D102 Argelès-Gazost;
- 84,4km: (492m n.p.m.) we turn left onto D918, towards Argelès-Gazost;
- 84,7km: Argelès-Gazost (472m n.p.m.) - after the cemetery, we turn right (signpost Cauterets); after 200m on the left side, there is a drinking water supply; we continue 100m straight ahead according to the driving instruction and turn left (signpost Toutes Directions);
- 85,1km: (455m n.p.m.) at the mini-roundabout, there is a public toilet on the right side; we turn left (signpost Centre Ville);
- 85,3km: center of Argelès-Gazost (450m n.p.m.) - Place de la Republique - a good place for coffee and/or lunch; there is also a drinking water supply and a public toilet;
- 86,2km: (440m n.p.m.) according to the gpx track, we reach the comfortable cycle path "Voie Verte des Gaves", which we follow all the way to Lourdes;
