We're starting the route according to: the map;
- 1,8km: (420m.a.s.l.) we take the second exit from the roundabout onto D100 road and the proper ascent begins here;
- 2,1km: (434m.a.s.l.) we turn left onto Chemin de Pouey Castet;
- 3km: (463m.a.s.l.) we turn left onto Chemin de Pouey Peyrous and after 150m, turn right towards Ayros-Arbaix;
- 3,6km: (500m.a.s.l.) we turn right and continue on D100 road;
- 18,1km: destination reached: Hautacam (1628m.a.s.l.)

- The Hautacam ski resort is located below the Col de Tramassel pass, but it's worth climbing higher according to the map, all the way to the parking lot near the Tramassel restaurant and stopping there before descending;
