We're starting the route according to the map;
- 1,8km: (412m.a.s.l.) at the roundabout, take N134;
- 9,5km: (318m.a.s.l.) turn right uphill onto D238 (signposted Col de Marie-Blanque);
- 10,2km: Escot (327m.a.s.l.) - on the left, by a small parking lot and a signboard with a graphic of the ascent to Col de Marie-Blanque, there is a blue drinking water tap - a good place to fill up water bottles; turn onto D294 - (signposted Col de Marie-Blanque); the climb begins;
- 19,3km: Col de Marie-Blanque (1035m.a.s.l.) - main objective achieved;

We return the same way;
- 28,4km: Escot (327m.a.s.l.) turn left, in the same place as at the start of the climb, we can refill water bottles again;
- 29,1km: (318m.a.s.l.) turn left onto N134 and head to Bedous for coffee and lunch;
- 38,1km: Bedous - Place François Sarraille (416m.a.s.l.) we are in the center of the village: time for a break before the final ascent; if this is our arrival or departure day, we can end our route here due to limited time, and if time allows, continue the ride towards Aydius;
- 38,3km: (419m.a.s.l.) turn left towards Aydius according to the signpost; the ascent starts here;
- 44,2km: Aydius (706m.a.s.l.) turn left and ride on a beautiful, narrow road typical for the Pyrenees; the proposed route bypasses the center of Aydius (steep, winding streets), but there will be a nice view from the top of the town;
- 48,7km: Aydius des Salars (849m.a.s.l.) - the second objective achieved;
