We're starting the route according to the map;
- 0,7km: (735m.a.s.l.) - go straight at the roundabout onto D613 road (direction: Col du Chioula);
- 4,4km: (957m.a.s.l.) - turn right (signposted D25 Col de Pailhères);
- 8,1km: (1106m.a.s.l.) - continue on D25 road;
- 14,3km: (1508m.a.s.l.) - a food point is located on the right side;
- 19,6km: Col de Pailheres (2001m.a.s.l.) first destination reached;

Continue on D25, descending towards Mijanès;
- 25,9km: (1511m.a.s.l.) - it's possible to enter Station de Mijanès - 250m from the large parking lot there's a food point called "La Pau'Pote au ski" - it's worth stopping for coffee and to refill fluids as there won't be another opportunity later;
- 30,4km: Mijanès (1130m.a.s.l.) - on the left side on Rue du Castegnet there's a public toilet; then, after the small bridge on the right side, there's a resting place with a tap for drinking water; turn left onto D116 road, direction Axat;
- 32,1km (1005m.a.s.l.) - turn 180 degrees to the left, onto D16 (signposted Axat);
- 36,3km: (818m.a.s.l.) turn left onto D118 road, direction Axat;
- 37,6km: (746m.a.s.l.) turn left onto D29 road (signposted Aunat);
- 45,8km: Aunat (935m.a.s.l.) - turn left onto D20 road, signposted Rodome;
- 51,9km: (784m.a.s.l.) turn left onto D107 road, starting the climb towards Col du Pradel;
- 67,5km: Col du Pradel (1680m.a.s.l.) - second destination reached;

Descend on D25b road towards Ax-Les-Thermes;
