- 0,7km: (735m.a.s.l.) - go straight at the roundabout onto the D613 road (direction: Col du Chioula);
- 10,7km: Col du Chioula (1432m.a.s.l.) first goal achieved; 200m after the pass on the right side is the restaurant La Marmotte Toquée with a beautiful viewing terrace;

Continue on the D613 road, heading towards Col de Marmare;
- 13km: Col de Marmare (1361m.a.s.l.) - turn left onto the D20 road (direction: Caussou);
- 19,7km Saraille (1058m.a.s.l.) - turn left onto the D44 road (direction: Ax Les Thermes and Tignac);
- 27km: (697m.a.s.l.) turn left onto the N2020 road towards Ax Les Thermes;
- 27,9km: (709m.a.s.l.) next to the bike rental, turn right onto the D82 bridge and immediately left (direction: Bonascre); follow the D82 road to reach the destination;
- 36,6km: Ax 3 Domaines / Bonascre (1381m.a.s.l.) - second goal achieved; a good place for coffee and/or lunch - many gastronomic points;
