- 7,4km: Garin (1105m.a.s.l.) - stay on D618;
- 13,6km: Col de Peyresourde (1569m.a.s.l.) - main goal achieved - at the parking lot, Crêpes & Miel café is located;

- 13,8km: (1560m.a.s.l.) turn left, uphill on D117 - direction Peyragudes;

- 23,6km: (1003m.a.s.l.) turn left onto D25;

- 34km: Col d'Azet (1580m.a.s.l.) - second goal achieved;

- 41,3km: Estensan (1005m.a.s.l.) just after the Estensan sign, turn right, slightly uphill, and after 100m, on the left-hand side, there is a green tap with drinking water - it is worth filling up the bottles here;
- 43,5km: Camparan (917m.a.s.l.) towards Arreau - continue on D25;
- 45,6km: Bazus-Aure (781m.a.s.l.) straight on D19 (Arreau signpost);
- 48,4km: (758m.a.s.l.) turn right onto D929;
- 50,2km: (742m.a.s.l.) at the roundabout, turn onto D919 (Peyragudes signpost);
- 51,2km; (760m.a.s.l.) continue straight - the road becomes D618 (Col de Peyresourde signpost);
