We're starting the route according to the map;
- 1km: (635m.a.s.l.) - we drive through the center of Bagnères-de-Luchon to D125 and continue along the La Pique river;
- 1,4km: (643m.a.s.l.) - we turn left onto D618A (signposted Col du Portillon);
- 1,8km: Saint-Mamet (639m.a.s.l.) - we turn right, following D618A;
- 10,6km: Col du Portillon (1293m.a.s.l.) - the first destination reached - the French-Spanish border; we descend towards the Spanish side on the N141 road;

- 19,3km: Bossòst (711m.a.s.l.) - the best place for coffee and replenishing fluids;
- 27,8km: French-Spanish border(588m.a.s.l.) - we continue on the N125 road;
- 38km: (506m.a.s.l.) we turn right onto D44e;
- 38,4km: (503m.a.s.l.) we keep left: signposted D44 Col de Menté, the climb begins;
- 47,8km: Col de Menté (1349m.a.s.l.) the main destination reached - it's worth stopping here for lunch at the Auberge La Soulan - restaurant - prior reservation of seats is recommended;

After the break, we head back towards Lez;
- 57,2km: (506m.a.s.l.) we turn right onto the one-way street D44 towards Saint-Béat;
- 57,8km: (528m.a.s.l.) we turn left onto the bridge, and after the bridge, we turn right onto D44;
- 61,5km: Cierp-Gaud (489m.a.s.l.) 100m before the roundabout, we can turn left to a large Intermarche store to replenish fluids;
- 61,6km: Cierp-Gaud (489m.a.s.l.) at the roundabout, we turn left onto D125 - signposted Luchon; Variant B - we can go straight to the center of the village, to a gastronomic point;
- 73km: Antignac (607m.a.s.l.) we descend onto the D125C road at the roundabout;
- 77km: (634m.a.s.l.) we join D618 and after 500m we turn left towards the parking lot from which we started;
