We're starting the route according to the map;
- 0,1km: (810m.a.s.l.) - at the roundabout, turn right onto D929 and then left;
- 1,4km: (797m.a.s.l.) - turn right onto D116 - direction Azet;
- 1,6km: (815m.a.s.l.) - turn sharply right and continue on D116 to Azet;
- 12,1km: Col d'Azet (1580m.a.s.l.) - first goal achieved;

- 13,8km: (1439m.a.s.l.) turn sharply left - direction Génos;
- 19,5km: Génos (981m.a.s.l.) - before entering D25, on the right, in front of the school, there is a drinking water tap; turn left onto D25;
- 20,2km: (955m.a.s.l.) turn right onto D325 - direction Peyragudes;
- 20,6km: (945m.a.s.l.) after crossing the bridge, turn left onto D25 - direction Col de Peyresourde;
- 22km: Estarvielle (995m.a.s.l.) - a drinking water tap is located on the left in front of the church;
- 22,5km: (1003m.a.s.l.) turn sharply right onto D618;
- 29,7km Col de Peyresourde (1569m.a.s.l.) - main goal achieved - Crêpes & Miel cafe is located near the parking lot;

- 29,9km: (1560m.a.s.l.) turn around from the pass and after 200m turn left uphill onto D117 - direction Peyragudes;
- 32,1km: (1606m.a.s.l.) - Peyresourde-Balestas - food points and a sports shop;
- 35,1km: (1379m.a.s.l.) - turn left onto DD618;
- 39,7km: (1003m.a.s.l.) turn left onto D25;
- 40,2km: Estarvielle (995m.a.s.l.) - we can refill our water bottles again - a drinking water tap is located 20m to the right of the church;
- 41,6km: (948m.a.s.l.) - continue on D25 towards Loudenvielle;
- 43,7km: Loudenvielle (962m.a.s.l.) a grocery store and food points - a good place to stop for coffee before the last climb to Col d'Azet;
- 44,8km: (958m.a.s.l.) a drinking water tap is located on the right at the end of the parking lot;
- 45,4km: Génos (981m.a.s.l.) turn left onto D225 and shortly after on the left, next to the school, we have another drinking water tap; start climbing towards Col d'Azet;
- 51,2km: (1439m.a.s.l.) sharp right turn (signposted Azet);
- 52,9km: Col d'Azet (1580m.a.s.l.) - third summit reached;

- 60,2km: (990m.a.s.l.) sharp left turn onto D25 towards Sailhan after the church;
- 61,7km: Sailhan (921m.a.s.l.) turn left (signposted St Lary Soulan) and immediately right (signposted D25);
- 63,6km: 180-degree right turn onto D929, which leads to the car park in Saint Lary Soulan;
