We're starting the route according to the map;
- 0,2km: (1136m.a.s.l.) we cross the bridge, continuing on D902 road - sign for Col de la Cayolle;
- 2,6km: (1145m.a.s.l.) we keep left, continuing on D902 road - sign for Col de la Cayolle;
- 16,1km: Fours-Saint-Laurent (1639m.a.s.l.) behind the church, on the right side there is a drinking water intake;
- 28,7km: (2244m.a.s.l.) on the right side, there is the Refuge de la Cayolle - a good place for coffee and replenishing fluids;
- 29,6km: Col de la Cayolle (2326m.a.s.l.) - first goal achieved;
