We're starting the route according to the map;
- 1,6km: (1299m.a.s.l.) we turn into Chemin du Barry (allowed cycling against the flow of traffic);
- 1,8km: (1321m.a.s.l.) we turn right onto N94;
- 12,5km: Montgenèvre (1844m.a.s.l.) at the third roundabout we take the third exit down to the town center; a designated bike lane;
- 13km: Montgenèvre (1860m.a.s.l.) - a good place for coffee - gastronomic points with tables outside and a drinking water intake; 200m past the sign for Col de Montgenèvre, there is a Spar grocery store; we return the same way;

- 20,5km: (1390m.a.s.l.) - we turn sharply to the right; signpost Le Rosier;
- 21,3km: Les Alberts (1364m.a.s.l.) - a drinking water intake;
- 23,1km: (1380m.a.s.l.) we turn right onto D994G, and there is a drinking water outlet straight ahead;
- 24,3km: Val-des-Prés (1400m.a.s.l.) behind the church on the right, there is a drinking water intake; - 30,8km: Plampinet (1495m.a.s.l.) - there is a gastronomic point before the bend on the bridge;
- 34km: Roubion (1578m.a.s.l.) we turn right onto D1T; signpost: Col de l'Échelle;
- 37km: Col de l'Échelle (1762m.a.s.l.) - second goal achieved;

- 40km: Roubion (1578m.a.s.l.) we turn right towards Nevache D994G;

- 47,9km: Fontcouverte (1862m.a.s.l.) just after the bridge, there is a gastronomic point;
- 51,4km: Laval (2022m.a.s.l.)
