Below is a proposed route starting from Moûtiers, climbing up to Val Thorens via Méribel, descending to Courchevel, and then returning to Aime through Moûtiers:

By regional train, we arrive at Moûtiers from where we set off on the route according to the map;
- 0,6km: (497m.a.s.l.) at the third roundabout, take the third exit onto D89 road - signposted Montagny; a 2% gradient climb begins;
- 3,4km: (652m.a.s.l.) keep right, enter D90D - signposted Brides les Bains;
- 5,6km: Brides les Bains (584m.a.s.l.) in the center, turn right onto D90C - small yellow signpost: Col de la Loze via Méribel; there is a grocery store open from 8:30 am at the bend;
- 6,7km; (650m.a.s.l.) cross over D915 road, head towards D90 road - signposted Méribel;
- 12,8km: Les Allues (1114m.a.s.l.) there is a grocery store and a catering point on the right;
- 17,9km: Méribel (1441m.a.s.l.) there is a Spar grocery store on the left - the best place to refill drinks;
- 18km: (1450m.a.s.l.) turn left onto the safe lane - signposted Altiport; there will be catering points during the further climb;
- 20,5km: (1603m.a.s.l.) at the small roundabout, follow the Altiport sign;
- 21km: (1643m.a.s.l.) turn sharply right - signposted Le Rond Point;
- 21,1km: (1653m.a.s.l.) at the Alba hotel, keep right and exit Méribel after the bend;
- 28,1km: Col de la Loze (2304m.a.s.l.) - destination achieved - descend towards Courchevel;

- 40,2-40,5km: Courchevel Moriond (1570m.a.s.l.) a good place for coffee/lunch/dinner - the location of catering points on mapy.cz; there is a grocery store on the right side;
- 49,7km: (929m.a.s.l.) turn right onto Route des Travers (allowed for bicycles) - signposted Le Cuerdy;
- 51,5km: (817m.a.s.l.) enter D915 road and turn onto the bridge;
- 52,5km: Bozel (824m.a.s.l.) at the third roundabout, take the third exit onto Montagny D89 road; a good place for a coffee break; grocery stores and, on the left side of the church, a drinking water intake marked on mapy.cz;
- 59,7km: (1042m.a.s.l.) keep left - direction Moûtiers D89;
- 67,7km: (497m.a.s.l.) at the roundabout, take the first exit onto N90 road - signposted Bourg St. Maurice; after 800m, the bicycle lane is separated from the main road by a strip;
- 70,3km: (493m.a.s.l.) turn right onto the roundabout, and take the first exit - signposted Pomblière; after 100m, turn left towards Pomblière center;
- 71,8km: (561m.a.s.l.) at the roundabout, we enter N90 again and continue towards Aime on a narrow bike path (shoulder) designated on the road;
- 73,1km: Saint Marcel (604m.a.s.l.) we turn right from N90 following the sign for bikes and continue on the bike path Verte de Tarenteise until the tunnel;
- 74km: (609m.a.s.l.) we enter the bike tunnel;
- 78,7km: Centron (642m.a.s.l.) at the roundabout, we take the first exit following the sign for N90;
- 82,3km: (661m.a.s.l.) we turn onto D990 and continue towards Aime;
