By regional train, we arrive at Moûtiers, from where we set off on the route according to the map;
- 0,6km: (497m.a.s.l.) at the second roundabout, take the second exit onto D915 road - signposted Courchevel; a climb with a 2% gradient begins;
- 2,8km: (557m.a.s.l.) turn sharply right onto D96 road - signposted St.Laurent de la Côte;
- 14,3km: Les Varcins (1199m.a.s.l.) a drinking water intake is on the left side;
- 14,9km: (1207m.a.s.l.) turn onto D117 road - signposted Val Thorens;
- 17km; (1350m.a.s.l.) continue on D117 road, bypassing Saint-Martin-de-Belleville; if you want to stop for coffee, then enter the town center - there is a food outlet and grocery store;
- 18,9km: (1493m.a.s.l.) on the left side, there is a public toilet in the parking lot in front of the Chapelle de Notre-Dame-de-la-Vie;
- 24,1km: (1738m.a.s.l.) at the first roundabout, take the first exit and continue on D117 road - signposted Val Thorens; if you want to stop for coffee or buy a drink at the grocery store, take the second exit to Les Ménuires center;
- 35,9km: Val Thorens (2349m.a.s.l.) - the destination achieved - descend to the center of Val Thorens;

- 36,6km: Val Thorens centrum (2317m.a.s.l.) is a good place for coffee/lunch/dinner - the location of food outlets mapy.cz; return the same way;
- 52,6km: (1485m.a.s.l.) turn left to the center of Saint-Martin-de-Belleville for coffee; if no break is needed, continue straight on D117 road;
- 56,6km: (1207m.a.s.l.) turn onto D96 road - signposted St. Laurent de la Côte; after 600m, on the left side, we pass another drinking water intake;
- 68,7km: (557m.a.s.l.) turn left onto D915 road;
- 70,9km: (497m.a.s.l.) at the roundabout, take the second exit onto N90 road - signposted Bourg St. Maurice; after driving 800m, the bike path is separated from the main road;
- 73,5km: (493m.a.s.l.) turn right to the roundabout, leave it at the first exit - signposted Pomblière; stay on the right side, driving by the river;
- 74km: (498m.a.s.l.) turn right onto the bridge and after the bridge turn left - signposted Les Plaines;
- 75,9km: Les Plaines (539m.a.s.l.) turn sharply right onto D88 road; a climb begins;
- 85km: Notre-Dame-du-Pré (1269m.a.s.l.) on the right-hand side, on the square at the bend, one of several drinking water intakes we follow the Aime signpost; 100m on the left side there is a catering point - opening hours on the La Fruitière Notre Dame du Pré website;
- 85,3km: Notre-Dame-du-Pré (1291m.a.s.l.) straight ahead on Place du Sommet, before the right turn with a sign for Aime, there is a drinking water intake;
- 85,7km: Col du Tra (1300m.a.s.l.) second objective achieved;

- 96,4km: (752m.a.s.l.) we turn left onto D220 road and continue all the way to Aime;
