We descend by the same road;
- 23,2km: (1244m.a.s.l.) continue downhill on the D79A road;
- 31,2km: (660m.a.s.l.) turn left onto the D79 road - signposted Le Bourg;
- 33,4km: (626m.a.s.l.) we leave Saint-Julien-Mont-Denis and begin to drive on the D81A road;
- 35,1km: Le Bochet (700m.a.s.l.) behind the church, turn left onto the D81 road - signposted Les Karellis; the climb begins;

- 49,2km: Albanne (1609m.a.s.l.) on the left side, there is a gastronomic point "La Gamelle" with tables outside, and on the right side, there is drinking water intake and a public toilet;
- 49,4km: (1589m.a.s.l.) turn left, circling around Albanne, and after 600m, return to the D81 road towards Col d'Albanne;
- 50,1km: (1618m.a.s.l.) just before the sign indicating the end of the Albanne village, turn sharply left uphill onto Route des Planchamps;
- 51,6km: Lac de Pramol (1733m.a.s.l.) in the summer there is a small bar open, a good place to take a break; there is a public toilet on the right side;
- 53,3km: Les Karellis (1594m.a.s.l.) a food point and grocery store;
- 64,4km: (700m.a.s.l.) we turn left onto D81, signpost: Villargondran;
- 67,2km: (581m.a.s.l.) at the roundabout there is a drinking water intake; we take the first exit from the roundabout and drive along the D81 road, along the railway tracks, to the starting point;
