We're starting the route according to the map;
- 1,4km: (1070m.a.s.l.) at the roundabout, take the third exit, under the railway viaduct, onto road D215 - signposted Aussois;
- 8,4km: (1467m.a.s.l.) we bypass the center of Aussois, staying on road D215;
- 8,8km: (1478m.a.s.l.) we continue straight on D83; signposted Sollieres-Sardieres;
- 9,9km: (1519m.a.s.l.) Côte d'Aussois - the first destination reached;

- 17,5km: Sollieres-Sardieres (1272m.a.s.l.) Sollieres-Sardieres (1272m above sea level) we turn onto D1006;
- 19,2km: Termignon (1308m.a.s.l.) gastronomic points - a good place for coffee; there is a public toilet on the left before the center;
- 25,1km: Lanslebourg-Mont-Cenis (1395m.a.s.l.) - many gastronomic points; there are also grocery stores; on the right is a drinking water intake;
- 25,7km: (1396m.a.s.l.) we turn right onto D1006 - signposted Col Mont Cenis; the climb begins;
- 35,5km: Col Mont Cenis (2081m.a.s.l.) on the left is a gastronomic point with tables outside;
- 36,1km: (2059m.a.s.l.) - we turn right, where after a short descent towards the lake, the climb begins;
- 43,9km: Col du Petit Mont Cenis (2184m.a.s.l.) - destination reached; you can take a break for coffee at "Ferme des Coulours"

- we return to Lanslebourg along the same road;
- 79,2km: Sollieres-Sardieres (1267m.a.s.l.) we continue straight on D1006;
- 88,6km: (1277m.a.s.l.) there is a public toilet; on the right at the parking lot; we continue straight on D1006 until we reach Modane;
