We're starting the route according to the map;
- 1km: (726m.a.s.l.) we turn onto the Voie-Verte de l'Oisans cycle path;
- 7,6km: (715m.a.s.l.) we turn right onto the bridge on D526;
- 7,9km: (715m.a.s.l.) we turn right onto D44 - signposted Villard-Reculas;
- 10,5km: (833m.a.s.l.) we turn left onto D44C - signposted Allemont;
- 11,1km: (806m.a.s.l.) before the water dam, we continue straight onto D526;
- 13,7km: (810m.a.s.l.) we turn right uphill onto D43A - signposted Vuajany; this begins the ascent;
- 18,5km: Vuajany (1237m.a.s.l.) a good place for coffee with many dining options. In front of the L'Étendard hotel, on the left-hand side, you can also refill your water bottle;
- 20,1km: (1356m.a.s.l.) there is a drinking water intake on the left-hand side;
- 28,3km: Col du Sabot (2100m.a.s.l.) - the main destination reached;

- 43km (810m.a.s.l.) we turn left onto D526 towards Allemont;
- 44,5km: (791m.a.s.l.) we turn left onto D44A, poorly signposted from this side, signposted Oz en Oisans; this begins the ascent;
- 51,7km: (1345m.a.s.l.) we turn left; - 52,2km: Oz en Oisans (1360m.a.s.l.) - the second destination reached; we continue to the center - it's time for lunch at one of the dining options, for example at La Ferme d'Oz;
