We're starting the route according to the map;
- 0,8km: (1219m.a.s.l.) at the roundabout, take the D902 road (signposted Col de l'Izoard) - the ascent begins;
- 10,1km: Cervières (1603m.a.s.l.) on the left-hand side, there is a drinking water intake next to a large car park, and a food point with tables outside;
- 19km: (2294m.a.s.l.) - Refuge Napoléon du col d'Izoard - a good place for a coffee now or on the way back from Col d'Izoard;
- 20km: Col d'Izoard (2360m.a.s.l.) - the main goal achieved; a small grocery store is available.
