We're starting our route according to the map;
- 0,2km: Trento (134m.a.s.l.) after crossing the bridge over the Adige river, take the second exit at the roundabout and follow the sign for Monte Bondone. The ascent begins;
- 1km: (232m.a.s.l.) before the sign indicating the end of the town of Trento, turn left onto Via delle Mandolare, where the steep ascent begins (through 1.3 km) on a narrow road;
- 2,3km: (439m.a.s.l.) turn left onto SP85 and continue the ascent;
- 4,5km: Sardagna (569m.a.s.l.) there is a drinking water intake on the right side and a grocery store and restaurant on the left;
- 9,1km: Candriai (965m.a.s.l.) there is a drinking water intake near the recreational area on the right side;
- 9,3km: (974m.a.s.l.) turn left to continue on SP85, following the sign for Vaneze;
- 18,3km: Monte Bondone - (1650m.a.s.l.) destination reached; there are restaurants available.

We descend towards Aldeno;
- 21km: (1569m.a.s.l.) turn left onto SP25, following the sign for Aldeno;
- 32,4km: Garniga Terme (803m.a.s.l.) there is a restaurant and grocery store, and across from the Miramonti hotel on the left side, there is a drinking water intake within the recreational area;
- 36,8km: Covelo (542m.a.s.l.) there is a drinking water intake on the left side;
- 41,3km: Aldeno (198m.a.s.l.) end of the descent - turn left onto SP90; in the town center, there is a restaurant and grocery store;
- 41,8km: (182m.a.s.l.) take the second exit at the roundabout onto SP90, following the sign for Trento;
- 43,2km: (178m.a.s.l.) turn right onto Via della Gotarda (SP21), following the sign for the cycle path and Mattarello.
- 46km: (177m.a.s.l.) before the bridge, turn left onto the 'Etschtalradweg' cycle path, which leads back to the starting point;
