We start on the route according to the map;
- 0,1km: Prato allo Stelvio (908m.a.s.l.) from the parking lot, we turn left onto the SS38 road - signpost: Radroute Reschen/Resia;
- 6,8km: Gomagoi (1258m.a.s.l.) on the left, before the tourist information, there is a drinking water intake; 100m further, we turn left - signpost: Sulden / Solda and after a short descent (150m) into the Trafoi River valley, the ascent begins; we follow the SS622 road;
- 15,6km: (1846m.a.s.l.) gastronomic points and grocery store; there is a drinking water intake in front of the church at Kirchweg-Via alla Chiesa;
- 18km: Sulden / Solda (1934m.a.s.l.) goal achieved;

- 29,6km: Gomagoi (1258m.a.s.l.) at the tourist information point, we can refill our bottles again; we turn left - signpost: Stilfs/Stelvio;
- 30,9km: (1320m.a.s.l.) we turn left - signpost: Wildgehege area faunistica;
- 35km: Fragges (1683m.a.s.l.) second goal achieved;
