We start on the route according to the map;
- 0,1km: Prato allo Stelvio (908m.a.s.l.) we turn left from the parking lot onto the SS38 road - signpost: Radroute Reschen/Resia;
- 6,8km: Gomagoi (1258m.a.s.l.) on the left side, there is a drinking water intake in front of the tourist information; we continue driving on the SS38 until we reach the pass itself;
- 10,6km: (1499m.a.s.l.) on the right side, you can stop for coffee at Post Trafoi;
- 11,4km: (1560m.a.s.l.) on the right side, before the sign indicating the end of the village Trafoi, there is a a drinking water intake;
- 15,1km: (1846m.a.s.l.) on the left side, there is a place for a coffee break, with tables outside: Ristorante Rocca Bianca and on the right side, there is a drinking water intake;
- 21km: (2385m.a.s.l.) on the right side, there is the last drinking water outlet before the pass, also known as 'Javna časma'
- 25,2km: Passo dello Stelvio (2758m.a.s.l.) destination achieved; time for coffee/lunch in one of several dining options;

We continue driving towards Bormio;
- 28,3km: (2489m.a.s.l.) we turn right to the Italian-Swiss border crossing - signpost: Svizzera;
- 28,5km: Pass Umbrail (2501 m.a.s.l.) we continue downhill on road 559;
- 41,8km: Santa Maria (1380m.a.s.l.) a good place for coffee or to fill up your water bottle at one of the drinking water outlets on the left side when we turn right onto road 28 - signpost: Merano;
- 46,5km: (1234m.a.s.l.) Swiss-Italian border crossing; we continue driving on the SS41 road;
- 56km: Glurns (922m.a.s.l.) we turn right onto the SP50 road - signpost: Prato a. Stelvio;
- 60,2km: (915m.a.s.l.) at the roundabout, we take the first exit to the right - signpost: Radroute - perc. ciclabile and then turn left onto the bike path after 100m;
- 62,4km: (909m.a.s.l.)we enter the SP50 road and continue until we reach the starting point.
