By regional train, we arrive at Coldrano/Goldrain station and start our journey according to the map;

- 13,9km: (1539m) on the right side, there is a gastronomic point with outdoor seating and a drinking water tap;
- 18,5km: Lago di Gioveretto water dam (1855m) a 2-kilometer flat section;
- 23,4km: Martelltal (2072m) destination reached; good place for coffee - gastronomic point;
