We start on the route according to the map;
- 0,1km: (1229m.a.s.l.) we enter the bike path 'Lunga Via delle Dolomiti';
- 4,6km: (1136m.a.s.l.) we enter SS51 and continue downhill;
- 7,6km: (1120m.a.s.l.) at 'Albergo Ristorante Dogana Vecchia', we return to the bike path;
- 11,4km: San Vito di Cadore (1011m.a.s.l.) if we need coffee to wake up, there are several gastronomic points here;
- 13,2km: (993m.a.s.l.) on the right side, there is a drinking water intake;
- 22,4km: (838m.a.s.l.) before Venas di Cadore, we turn sharply to the right into SP347 and descend towards the river;
- 23,2km: (793m.a.s.l.) we cross the bridge over the Torrente Boite river and begin the ascent;

We continue riding on SP347, descending towards Misurina;
- 43km: (814m.a.s.l.) we turn right into SP251 - Passo Staulanza; the climb begins;
- 44,4km: Forno di Zoldo (839m.a.s.l.) gastronomic points and grocery store; on the left side, behind the road towards Baron, there is a drinking water intake;
- 50,5km: Fusine (1151m.a.s.l.) on the right side, in front of the church, there is a drinking water intake;
- 54,1km: Pecol (1357m.a.s.l.) gastronomic points;
- 59,8km: Passo Staulanza (1773m.a.s.l.) second destination reached;
