We start on the route according to the map;
- 1,2km: (842m.a.s.l.) turn left onto the bike path on Via Teodone;
- 2,1km: (840m.a.s.l.) at the roundabout, take the second exit - signposted Dietenheim / Teodone;
- 4,4km: Luns/Lunes (964m.a.s.l.) turn sharply left uphill;
- 7,3km: (943m.a.s.l.) turn left onto the 'Bruneck-Toblach' bike path;
- 12,7km: Olang / Valdaora (1049m.a.s.l.) grocery store, restaurant; on the right side there is a drinking water supply; the ascent begins;
- 17,5km: Sorafurcia (1340m.a.s.l.) a drinking water supply on the left side;
- 22,8km: Passo Furcia - (1789m.a.s.l.) destination achieved;

We descend towards La Pli de Mareo;

- 38,2km: Maria Saalen (1006m.a.s.l.) a restaurant 'Gasthof Saalerwirt' with tables outside on the left side;
- 42,2km: San Lorenzo di Sebato (818m.a.s.l.) a restaurant in the center of the village; 150m further, we enter the bike path and ride along the river to the starting point;
