- 0,3km: (235m.a.s.l.) turn onto BoznerStrasse/Via Bolzano SP69 and head towards Lana;
- 3,7km: Lana (319m.a.s.l.) take the first exit at the roundabout onto SS238 - signposted Meran/Merano;
- 4,1km: (321m.a.s.l.) take the second exit at the roundabout onto SP9 - signposted St.Pankraz/S.Pancrazio; the ascent begins;
- 22,1km: St.Walburg / Santa Valburga (1122m.a.s.l.) several food and grocery shops;
- 34,5km: St.Gertraud / Santa Geltrude (1385m.a.s.l.) a food stop, and a drinking water source marked on mapy.cz behind the tourist information point;
- 40,8km: Lago di Fontana Bianca (1880m.a.s.l.) first destination reached; a good place for coffee is the Weissbrunn Bergrestaurant;

Return the same way;
- 55,9km: Pracupola / Kuppelwies (1138m.a.s.l.) turn left towards the second destination - signposted Schwemmalm; the ascent begins;
- 65,5km: Kuppelwieser Alm (1969m.a.s.l.) second destination reached; food stop;

Return the same way;
- 72,7km: (1372m.a.s.l.) turn left slightly uphill and take the beautiful scenic road;
- 76,8km: (1122m.a.s.l.) turn left again onto SP9 and after 50m on the right side is the bar/cafe 'Seerast'; follow SP9 down to Lana;
- 100km: (235m.a.s.l.) after crossing the Etsch/Adige River, turn left towards Bahnhof/Stazione, then turn right after 100m to reach the Reschen-Bolzano bike path, which leads back to Bolzano;
If for any reason we cannot/will not continue the ride, we can wait for a train to Bolzano/Bozen at the Lana-Burgstall/Lana-Postal train station - trains run approximately every hour.
