- 0,5km: Bolzano (255m.a.s.l.) turn left onto the Ciclovia del Sole bike path, which runs along the Isarco/Eisack River;
- 8,6km: Blumau / Prato all'Isarco (335m.a.s.l.) turn left onto the SS12 and after 200m turn right onto Breiner Strasse - signpost: Breien / Briè;
- 16,7km: Tiers / Tires (1027m.a.s.l.) a good place for coffee - food points and grocery store available;
- 26,8km: Passo Nigra (1690m.a.s.l.) destination reached; on the right side, there is a food point 'Berggasthof Niger-Joch-Haus'; we continue uphill with a slight incline;

- 42km: Welschnofen / Nova Levante (1202m.a.s.l.) on the right side, there is a drinking water source at the parking area, and 100m further on the left side, there is a grocery store, and on the right, there is a food point; we continue on the SS241 - signpost: Bolzano;

- 55,7km: Obergummer / San Valentino di Soprano (1345m.a.s.l.) second destination reached;
